Penman Labs is Craig Penman’s independent working name. This site is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

Website data
I do not currently add Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking to this site.
The hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, request time and security signals. I do not use that information to build personal profiles or follow visitors across other websites.
Cookies
The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set an essential cookie called __cf_bm to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated or malicious requests.
I do not intentionally add optional advertising, marketing or preference cookies. If that changes, this page and any required consent controls will be updated before the new tracking is used.
Contact
This website does not store enquiries in its own database. The contact links open your email service or LinkedIn.
If you contact me, I will use the information you send to read and respond to the conversation. Email and LinkedIn process data under their own privacy terms.
Case studies
Names, quotes, screenshots and details from work involving another person are only published with that person’s approval.
Sensitive information is removed or redacted. Anybody featured in a case study can ask me to correct the public account or reconsider material they previously approved.
External links
This site links to other websites, including LinkedIn and live project pages. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave Penman Labs.
