Terrace Archive
I built Terrace Archive with Claude Code and Codex to sell my football memorabilia without giving myself another job. It brings the photographs, catalogue and order admin into one system.
There were more than a thousand programmes, tickets and other items to deal with. I photographed them and worked with Claude Code on a system to help identify, organise and present them. I still needed to check the results and bring my own knowledge of the collection.
I later handed the project over to Codex. Keeping the code in GitHub meant I could carry on with another AI tool using the same project. That was one of the things that impressed me most: the work belonged to me, and I could choose how to continue it.
The website lets people explore the collection and contact me about an item. I also set up a route to a buy link and connected Royal Mail’s API to make orders easier to handle. Packing and posting still happen in the real world, but I’m pleased with how much of the surrounding admin I’ve simplified.

Automation handles suitable steps; exceptions and physical fulfilment still need attention.
